How long does ordering a vehicle take?
SUVs are built in South Carolina and usually take about 5-7 weeks. Cars can take a couple months and specialty M cars can be 6 months to 1 year.
What does certified or CPO used cars mean?
Our standard 4 yr/50k warranty can be extended on a used car when the car is put through an extensive inspection and serviced top to bottom.
Will you pick up my car for service?
Yes, with ample notice, we can pick up and deliver your vehicle back to you. We also offer loaner vehicles that are generally about two weeks out.
Does the dealer offer financing?
We work closely with BMW Financial and over 10 other banks to ensure approvals!
What if I have questions after delivery?
We have an onsite BMW Certified Genius team that can answer all of your questions on the phone or in person.
